Những hình ảnh đầu tiên của Norton Dominator SS
Hãng xe môtô tại Anh Norton vừa cho xuất hiện một loạt hình ảnh của mẫu Dominator SS sẽ được chính thức ra mắt vào cuối tuần này.
Được biết, hãng xe Anh Norton sẽ chỉ sản xuất đúng 50 chiếc Dominator SS trong năm 2015 và chưa tiết lộ kế hoạch trong các năm sau – do đó, đây sẽ là một mẫu môtô cực hiếm. Tuy nhiên, nếu bạn thực sự muốn có một chiếc thì cũng đừng quá lo lắng, hãng xe Anh cũng đã phát triển một phiên bản tiêu chuẩn của Dominator.
Chiếc Dominator SS sẽ được giới thiệu vào cuối tuần này. Nó không chỉ có một mà có tới hai phiên bản của Dominator. Cả hai đều đã được kiểm định và phù hợp với quy định khí thải Euro3, nhưng chúng khác nhau về thông số kỹ thuật. Như vậy, Dominator SS là bản hiệu suất cao hơn – còn giá bản tiêu chuẩn sau nó khi bán ra cũng sẽ rẻ và được sản xuất nhiều hơn.

Theo đại diện của Norton cho biết, “Dominator SS sẽ là một cỗ máy được tạo ra để mang lại hiệu năng tuyệt đỉnh trên đường đua. Tuy nhiên, tiền thân Domiracer cũng đi kèm với gói tùy chọn biến siêu môtô đua của bạn thành một cỗ máy được phép lưu thông trên đường. Tận hưởng sức mạnh của một chiếc môtô đua đã rất tuyệt vời rồi nhưng mang được trải nghiệm đó ra đường phố thì còn đã hơn. Norton Dominator SS cũng được kỳ vọng sẽ làm được điều tương tự”.
Norton Dominator SS sở hữu động cơ 80bhp 961cc làm mát bằng gió, hai van tương tự từ động cơ 961 của mô hình Norton Commando trước đây. Xe được trang bị chắn bùn trước, sau cùng chắn gió của xe được làm từ sợi các bon, ống xả kép làm thủ công, yên da mềm solo, giảm sóc Ohlins phanh Brembo trước và sau cùng nhiều phụ kiện đi kèm….

Theo thông tin Norton, những phiên bản mới sẽ được ra mắt chính thức vào cuối tuần này tại Donington Hall, Anh và sẽ có mặt trên toàn cầu một thời gian sau đó. Chúng sẽ có giá khoảng 24.000 EUR cho Dominator SS và 19.950 EUR bản tiêu chuẩn.
Hãng môtô Anh quốc Norton Motorcycles có bề dày truyền thống và những chiếc Norton đã trở thành một biểu tượng cho phong cách mô-tô đặc thù của nước này. Những chiếc Norton xa xưa ngày càng có giá trị. Được biết, chiếc Domiracer, tiền thân của Dominator SS là mẫu xe đua phong cách retro có hành tung “cực kỳ bí ẩn”. Rất ít khi ta bắt gặp nó trên đường.
