Benelli Vietnam to open Benelli Premium Store in HCM city

Benelli Vietnam has officially opened its first premium center in Vietnam – Benelli Premium Store, in HCM city this morning (January 30^th). The store can be located at 440 Tran Hung Dao, District 5, HCM city.

The opening of the store is one part of the brand’s strategy to create a lasting relationship with customers through Benelli Tran Hung Dao – situated in a prime location in the southwest of HCM city’s center.

With an area of 600m², Benelli Premium Store will provide HCM customers with perfect experience, from sales to customer services under premium standards that Benelli has been trying with their every effort to bring to customers.

 

Mr. Vo Minh Trang – Chairman of Motorrock Co., Ltd – the exclusive distributor of Benelli in Vietnam stated “Benelli Premium Store is a premium customer care service model of Benelli which has been widely deployed in many countries in the world.  The opening of one in Vietnam is a testament to Benelli’s effort to create a long-term relationship with customers.”

Accordingly, Benelli Premium Store will provide many services to customers, including consultation, spare part/accessories display… With its professional and well-trained staff, the store will also provide all after-sales services to Benelli customers.

Benelli Premium Store will be the place to display new models, to provide vehicle maintenance and also a meeting place for customers

Benelli Premium Store also has a car upgrade area. With modern and advanced equipments, the store can upgrade customers’ vehicle comprehensively – including full maintenance (checking and replacing spare parts) in 1 year.

Moreover, the store is a place for Benelli customers to meet and share their precious experience in the weekends with a 120m² area dedicated for bar counters, fashion shops… The 2^nd Benelli Premium Store is expected to be opened in early February in the east of HCM city. Also in 2015, Benelli will open 5 premium customer care centers in major cities such as Hanoi, Da Nang, Can Tho, Nha Trang…
