Volvo officially stepped in Vietnamese market

On the 22^nd of March, 2016, the Sweden premium carmaker Volvo Car has appointed Bac Au Auto JSC as its official importer and distributor in Vietnam.

Bac Au Auto in the future will take the responsibility to arrange marketing, sales and after-sales services aspects of Volvo premium passenger cars across the country and at the same time introduce new dealer and showroom of Volvo nationwide.

Currently Bac Au Auto is rushing to finish the construction of 2 Volvo showrooms in Phu My Hung, HCM city and Long Bien, Hanoi. The 2 showrooms are expected to be completed in 2016’s third quarter under the latest and strictest global standards of Volvo Car.

The 2 showrooms is fully equipped with modern technologies and equipments. Along with the professionally trained staff by Volvo Group, customers will certainly be satisfied with high-quality, luxurious and exclusive services at Volvo Vietnam.

At the Volvo press conference, Bac Au Auto also introduced the first 2 customers to order the new generation Volvo XC90. However, the SUVs will only be delivered in September – the time when the construction of the 2 showrooms is expected to be completed.

As Bac Au Auto’s plan suggests, the distributor will bring the latest models of Volvo to Vietnam in the near future with the 2 earliest being the XC90 and S90. All models are imported directly from Sweden and Europe. Bac Au Auto’s representative stated that with Volvo’s assured and well-known quality, technologies, history and class, the Sweden premium brand has total confident in fighting for market share in Vietnam.
