The journey through Vietnam from Saigon to Hanoi has officially started on August 16th with 9 BMWs and MINIs
To celebrate the BMW World XP 2014 in Hanoi on August 21st as well to celebrate the 20 year anniversary of BMW in Vietnam, the BMW distributor in Vietnam – Euro Auto has organized a journey through Vietnam from its headquarter in HCM city.
The event is honored with the participation of representatives from the mass media and leaders of BMW Euro Auto. The journey is planned to follow the routes: Saigon – Ninh Chu, Ninh Chu – Quy Nhon, Quy Nhon – Hue, Hue – Vinh and Vinh – Hanoi.
In the first day of the journey on the 357km Saigon – Ninh Chu route, most of the participants were quite excited to have a chance to drive and experience their favorite cars. The highlight of the first day was definitely the MINI Cooper Countryman – the compact model capable of doing a great work just as other BMW’s model.
During the journey, the team encountered both beautiful highways and rough roads or ones being constructed or repaired, both of which yelled no too big problems. The magnificent scenes with blue sea and white sand along the coast from Ba Ria Vung Tau to Phan Thiet definitely were well-deserved for the times we had to move slowly.
Leaving the busting Saigon, we went to the coast city – the city with many interesting and attractive places to visit. The team stayed at Ninh Chu beach after 357km of driving in the first day.
