Mitsubishi Vietnam unveiled all new Outlander

The main page of Mitsubishi Vietnam has recently seen the sudden appearance of pictures hinted at the Outlander 2016 – a crossover highly expected in thne market, as well as promises that this model will soon be launched in no time.

Previously Mitsubishi Vienam only sold the Outlander Sport line in the Vietnam market. However, this will soon be changed with the arrival of the Outlander. As of now Outlander has launched in many neighboring countries (such as Malaysia in February) with price around 900 million VND (equivalent to 166.720 RM).

Just a few days ago, totally new Outlanders were spotted rolling on the streets of Hanoi. The appearance of those are totally similar to the Outlander launched in Malaysia. However, interior remains a mystery as there’s no way to be sure what will Mitsubishi Vietnam equip for the new Outlander.

In the Malaysian market, Mitsubishi Outlander is sold as a CBU imported vehicle (from Japan) and only offers one engine choice: a 2.4L MIVEC one, capable of generating 125 kW (167 hp) at 6.000 rpm and 22 Nm of torque at 4.100 rpm. Accompanying the engine is a multi-function 4WD system and a CVT.
