Exchanging driving license does not require health certificate

In the draft Circular that adjusts and adds a number of articles to Circular 46/2013/TT-BGTVT, the Ministry of Transport stated that specific groups of people wishing to exchange their license to PET-material license will not be required to submit health certificate.

Article 54 of Circular 46/2012/TT-BGTVT previously stated that individuals wishing to exchange their driving license to PET license must include a health certificate issued by a prescribed, competent medical facility in their profile.

However, the Ministry of Transport wishes to adjust the article in the draft Circular, mentioning that people who have A1, A2, A3 driving license or people with A4 licenses whose vehicle has a validity period of over 3 months do not need to include health certificates in their profile.

Thus, according to the draft Circular, people who have A1, A2, A3 driving license or people with A4 licenses whose vehicle has a validity period of over 3 months do not need to include health certificates in their profile.
