Adding Sygic and reverse camera, Civic 2.0L up 9 million VND

The new Civic will officially be available at Honda Vietnam’s dealers from November 24^th, 2014 with a suggested retail price of 780 million VND for the 1.8 AT and 869 million VND for the 2.0AT, both being 9 million higher compared to previous generations.

Since the 9 gen’s debut in August 2012, nearly 1.800 Civic have been delivered to customers, thus raising the total number of Civic sold to 20.000 (by the end of 2014 October). At the recent VMS 2014, Civic 2015 also attracted quite a lot of interest from customers.

In term of exterior, Civic’s calandre is redesigned with black honeycomb style, highlighted by chrome-plated decorative details. Front bumper’s air intakes are also added with the chrome details. The rear end receives no alteration.

In term of interior, the car has an additional 7-inch touch screen in the center console, integrated with the iPhone 5-support Sygic GPS developed by Honda. Thanks to the touch screen, entertainment features are now more abundant with Bluetooth/ iPod /USB/ HDMI connection and AM/FM radio. Other prominent features include HFT hand-free call with a button on the steering wheel and 3-angle reverse camera.

The new Civic, of course, retains previous generation’s typical features such as smart screen i-MID and ECO Assist. Safety features such as the anti-brake system ABS, the vehicle stability assist VSA, the electronic brake force distribution EBD and the brake assist BA help bring total confidence in term of safety to owners.

The new Civic receives no change in the engine and after VMS reaches its end, the Honda model will officially be available in Honda dealers across the country from November 24^th, 2014.
