On the evening of September 9th, 2015 in HCM city, the Z1000 Vietnam Club organized the 1st anniversary ceremony of its foundation. Also on this occasion the club decided to rename itself to Club Motor Vietnam in hope of stronger growth.
In recent years, as A2 licensing (for motorcycles with capacity exceeding 175cc) became less strict, the number of high-performance motorcycle enthusiasts and users has risen dramatically. However, there were some that used them in an improper way which stirred public opinions. Therefore, the Club Z1000 was founded to establish a playground for high-performance motorcycle enthusiasts and users under strict discipline and rules.
After 1 year, they have basically succeeded in establishing such community and have also shared their knowledge and experience in operating a high-performance motorcycle in a safe manner. Long-distance trips were also held for such purpose, not to mention voluntary charity programs that brought joy to poor people in remore areas.
Aiming at broading its scale, the club members have agreed to rename the club to “Club Motor Vietnam”. Also on this occasion, they have officially cooperated with the D1 Workshop to expand their enthusiasm to more people.
“Attended” the event were high-performance and sportbike of numerous brands, such as Kawasaki, Yamaha, Honda, Harley-Davidson, Ducati and also some superbike clubs such as Saigon Superbike, Harley-Davidson Free-Chapter or SG Sport Team…
