Mercedes-Benz’s SUVenture 2016 officially launched in Hanoi

The annual exhibition from Mercedes-Benz Vietnam, Mercedes-Benz Fascination has begun its 6^th implementation in Hanoi on the afternoon of June 15.

With the theme “SUVenture”, the event is mostly a playground for SUV models from the German luxurious carmaker. It also marks the furst time that MB’s full SUV portfolio make its way to the country, from the GLA to the GLS.

SUVenture is the first event that Vietnamese visitors can firsthandly see all SUV models from MB from GLA to GLS (14 in total). Taking all test drive vehicles and genuine used vehicles, SUVenture feature 30 models from the German brand. Treacherous terrains such as edges or rocky surfaces have been set up inside the National Convention Center to demonstrate offroad capabilities of the vehicles.

Mercedes-Benz offers 4 different versions of GLS in Vietnam, all equipped with 4MATIC system. GLS is also the only model to offer a diesel version in Vietnam (for CBU imported vehicles) to meet the needs of customers who are fond of the engine. GLS’ price ranges from 3.899 billion VND for the 4MATIC 350D to 8.429 billion VND for the AMG 63 4MATIC. Additionally, Mercedes-Benz Fascination this year also welcomes the arrival of Mercedes-AMG G 63 Edition 463 – the latest special upgrade of G-Class.

Another all-new vehicle from Mercedes-Benz will be featured at this event – the C 300 Coupe. It separates itself from the rugged SUV with its typical Sensual Purity design language which emits a luxurious and elegant aura yet equally dynamic and sporty. Its performance is also no joke with max power and torque at 245 hp and 370 Nm at 1.300 rpm. The coupe can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6 seconds thanks to its 2.0L I-4 engine. C 300 Coupe is priced at 2.699 billion VND.

Moreover, customers purchasing any models at the event will have a chance to experience true offroad feelings at Schockl, Graz city, Austria – the place where the G-Class is built. Customers currently using Mercedes-Benz vehicle will also receive free vehicle maintenance and high-value service voucher.

SUVenture takes place from the 16 to 19 of June, from 9 a.m to 8 p.m with 6 shows per day. MBV hopes that the event will open a new era of success for MB’s SUV in Vietnam.
