Lexus to open its first dealer in Hanoi

Lexus Thang Long is Lexus’s first dealer in Hanoi and second dealer in Vietnam. Setting no sales target in the short term, the luxury brand aims to bring to customers highest-quality after-sales and repair services.

Lexus Thang Long is located in My Dinh 1 Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi – a location considered to be the heart of the district, adjacent to business malls such as Keangnam and The Garden. The total area of the dealer is a whooping 9.000 square meters.

The dealer’s executive board is confident that Lexus Thang Long is equipped with the most advanced technologies and workshop In Vietnam – one of the efforts to bring the highest satisfaction to its customers. Lexus Thang Long’s workshop has a total area of 1.400 m² located on the first and second floor and includes 24 tidy, modern repair booths classified into a general repair service zone, a hull repair zone, a high-tech repair zone and quick repair zone…, all equipped with the most advanced machines and equipments.

The workshop on the first floor includes 7 general repair booths (5 for quick repair and 2 for high-tech repair), one of which using the US’ laser technologies to balance tires, one is equipped with a brake testing pad while at the same time being able to adjust cars’ headlights using Japan’s top technologies.

The workshop on the second floor has 17 hull repair and coating booths, including 1 frame shaping booth, 4 copper-repairing booths, 6 surface-preparing booths, 4 coating booths using environmental-friendly waterborne coating technologies, 1 booth for car washing and polishing and 1 booth for final, last-step checking.

Owning a genuine Lexus car, customers will receive all car care services similar to the brand’s customers across the world. Initially, Lexus will offer a 3-year warranty (with unlimited distance travelled) and replacement for any damaged details in the period. The brand also provides a 6-year warranty for perforations created by corrosion.

In addition, Lexus Thang Long offers free maintenance (checking and replacing genuine spare parts) in 3 years or 60.000km whichever comes first since the car’s delivery time. In addition, a service to provide genuine Lexus spare parts and engine oil is also available.

Other services such as financial services and insurance services are exclusively available to customers in the Northern region.

Up to now, after 13 months in Vietnam, Lexus has sold a total of 385 vehicles.
