Honda Vietnam to show gratitude to customers

From May 20^th to July 9^th, 2016, Honda Vietnam (HVN) will launch the “One year accompanied by Honda Vietnam” at 15 Honda dealers across the country to show its gratitude to customers who purchased its car products.

Specifically, customers who have purchased a vehicle during the period from 1/4 to 31/5/2016 at any Honda automobile dealers nationwide will experience superior service standards and incentives including 100% free 7-item inspection; 10% discount on engine oil change; 30% reduced maintenance labor; 30% discount for extended warranty ..

In addition to providing safe and high-quality Honda vehicles, HVN has, for years, improved its after-sales services in order to better satisfy its customers. Many of its more prominent activities that are held annually are the Excellent Technician contest, the Consultant contest or the Customer Care contest at Honda dealers across the country. Thanks to those events that the skills and knowledge of HVN’s employees were improved significantly.

Recently the Japanese automakers have been focusing on expanding its car dealer network with 15 5S-standard dealers across the country, which helped tremendously in providing the highest quality sales and after-sales services to its  customers.

All Honda Vietnam’s employees and technicians were trained professionally under its global standards while the facilities of its 15 dealers were also made complied with Honda’s global standards.
