Thailand International Motor Expo 2017 about to kick off

The 34th Thailand International Motor Expo 2017 is about to be kicked off on 30 Nov, 2017. 

A total of 55 automobile (35 car and 20 motorcycle) companies are ready to take part in this year’s Thailand International Motor Expo at Muangthong Thani from November 30 to December 11.

The event, which kicks off the year-end auto-buying season, will feature a collection of new models as well as special promotions as auto companies attempt to maximize sales by the year’s end.

Organizer Kwanchai Paphatphong said 40,000 orders are expected to be placed for cars and another 7,000 for big bikes. “The Motor Expo will welcome about 1.5 million visitors, generating over Bt50 billion in commercial transactions, because the event is taking place at the best time of the year,” he said.

Lots of very important products will likely be displayed. Many of these are typically about Automotive, Motor Vehicles, Cars, Motorcycles, Vehicles and Smart Vehicles.

Auto brands include Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Chevrolet, Ford, Foton, Honda, Hyundai, Isuzu, Jaguar, Kia, Land Rover, Lexus, Maserati, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, MG, MINI, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Porsche, Rayttle, Rolls-Royce, Subaru, Suzuki, Tata, Thaina, Toyota and Volvo, plus BMW M Performance, Carlsson, MOKE, M’Z Speed and Swift.

Motorcycle brands include Aprilia, Benalli, BMW, Ducati, GPX, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Bigbike, Kawasaki, KTM, Lifan, Moto Guzzi, Piaggio, Royal Enfield, Ryuka, Moto Parilla, Suzuki, Triumph, UDA, Vespa and Yamaha.

The meeting provides a priceless educational experience and an opportunity to network with leading minds in the field, as well as a worldwide community of over 1 million visitors.

The theme of the annual event this year is “New Age Vehicles … A Distant Dream Come True”. Previously, many dreams of manufacturers and consumers might not have been realized due to limitations in technology that had not advanced far enough. However, due to the relentless efforts of engineers combined with production technology that had progressed in leaps and bounds, the new age vehicles have all the features to fulfill the dream, that is to say they are all at once powerful, fuel-saving, comfortable, safe and environmentally friendly.

All of the above used to be just a distant or even an impossible dream in the minds of the older generations. But this dream has become a reality in present-day vehicles which will continue to become even more advanced in the eras to come.

Thus, the slogan was chosen to let consumers see motor vehicles equipped with the features they used to dream about and to confirm that all dreams can come true in the automotive world.
