By always focusing on design and engine-modded, Big Dog’s models have won the heart of motorcycle enthusiasts around the world. Each product from the company is seen as a work of art.
Big Dog only produced a single bike in the first year and gave it a lovingly name – the “Old Smokey”. Its oversized bumper and classic cruiser style have become the main inspiration for the next products to come after.
Big Dog only applies 7 designs: The K-9, the Ridgeback, the Mastiff, the Pitbull, the Coyote and the latest Bulldog, which has won the V-Twin Expo 2007 prize for the best motorcycle.
All current models from Big Dog are using the 6-level V-Twin S&S engine together with wide rear tire and chrome components. The main difference between Big Dog’s designs came from the width of the rear tire and the rear suspension system.
The Custom One is equipped with the 2009 2.000cc S&S engine specially ordered from Big Dog – Magna Charger & Morror’s American Iron (Corona – CA). The motorcycle is produced for one dedicated person and has just reached Vietnam. The Custom One 2.000cc has some special characteristics that are totally different from other Big Dog’s modded versions that you could find online.
However, similar to other versions, the Custom One also uses a 6-level V-Twin S&S engine and possesses a wide rear tire with chrome widely used in many components. Turbo Magna Charger, open pot, Vance Hines custom outlet and especially the “heart” S&S 2.000cc made the model special.
